MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITH JESUS:

The bible states unapologetically that whoever wants to come close to God ‘Must believe that God exists and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him’ (Heb. 11.6)

 So …Hey!  Don’t come to Him worried that you have sinned so badly He won’t want you.

Truth is you are just the person He is looking for. He wants to forgive all the bad things you’ve done. That’s why He died on the cross.

You are the ideal candidate. He wants to come into your life and change it, giving you a purpose in life, making you clean and giving you eternal life in heaven.

When you turn your life over to Jesus you receive Peace, Acceptance and Joy.

 You can say this prayer (it’s called the sinners prayer) accepting Jesus into you life and turning it over to Him:-

‘Dear Lord Jesus, please accept my invitation to come into my life and forgive all my sins (wrong doings)

The bible says you’ll never refuse anyone who comes to you – I am willing to believe this and receive your Forgiveness, Peace Acceptance and Joy now.

Thank you Lord Jesus – Thank you,’

The Lighthouse Project

This project was started on Boxing Day 1999 to feed the homeless and all who are in need of a free meal. The kitchen is open every Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 noon to 2:30.

The work carried out here is dependant on donations and has been blessed with contributions from church organisations, council bodies and individuals. In spite of times when funds have been desperately low the Lord has provided.

You will find the church on Carleton Road
Coming out of Skipton on Keighley Rd, turn right at the traffic lights just pass the Esso petrol station.
Skipton Christian Fellowship is immediately over the railway bridge on the left.
