Pendle Mint Cake

Even before there was a lakeland glucose tablet, a small hamlet near Pendle Hill (Half Nelson) hid an unpretentious factory. Churning out the addictive syrupy substance which came to be known as "Pendle Mint Cake" celebrated all over the world to walkers, climbers, grockles and goatherders alike... It was my privilege to get a tour around this amazing and complex factory.
