Dales Healers

I met up with Izzy Shaw today. She works in the Dales and beyond. Here's a brief rundown of what is on offer from her healing hands.

WELCOME
I have been a Natural Healer all my life and over the years have studied and trained in many holistic therapies to be able to provide as full a range of services to my clients as possible.
In the last couple of years I have become a member of
THE HEALERS INTERNATIONAL NETWORK.

T.H.I.N. is one of only two healing organisations to be accepted by the NHS for inclusion of its members into the “Directory of Complementary Therapies”. T.H.I.N.s head office is in Somerset.

T.H.I.N. provides fully certified Healer training courses (and other courses also) in various formats. Since September 2005 I have been T.H.I.N.s Official Trainer for the North of England; for more information on therapy and courses etc. please see my web site.

Healer Training Courses
These courses will teach you to be the best Healer you can be. Whichever format you choose to follow you will, at the end be a fully competent and Qualified Universal/Spiritual Healer. Also, on your completion, you will be eligible to become a Full Healer member of T.H.IN.

Courses are run in three ways, either: 52 (two hour) sessions over two years, price £5 per person per session; Run in Skipton at present.

15 one day (10 am to 5 pm) sessions (no more than one per month) over two years, price £25 per person per session.
Run in Skipton, and can be arranged for groups in your own area, please ask.

One week (5 days of 10 am—5 pm) Intensive Course. This course is HARD work but VERY satisfying. Trainees need to have a some knowledge before starting this. (Ask for Info) Price £350 per person per one week course.
Full Healer membership of T.H.I.N. is included in price. (Does not include accommodation)

Two One Week Courses to be held for 2006 at present, Mon 5th June to Friday 9th June, Skipton, North Yorkshire. Mon 11th Sept to Fri 15th Sept , Whitby, North Yorkshire.

Holistic Party
A party at your home where you and your friends will be lead in a guided meditation tailored to your requirements. You will learn to use crystals for healing and medita¬tion, how to scan and clear chakras, and you will each receive either a mini Indian Head Massage or a short Healing/Reiki treatment. I will also bring along a selection of crystals and handmade healing items (including jewellery) which can be purchased on the night or ordered.

Cost £5.00 per person which can be taken off your first treatment if booked on the night. Minimum 4 people maximum 10 people. Gift for host/hostess.

Stress Busting Party
Great for the run up to a wedding or for pre-exam nerves. A mini Indian Head Massage for each person. You will be taught how to give a quick relaxing massage to each other. You will be shown stress busting techniques that can be used at work, at your desk, on the bus or while the kids are watching TV. You will also have fun. Parents, why not club together and arrange this for your pre-exam teens?

Cost from £7.50 per person, the price reducing with larger numbers to a maximum of 10 (then £5.00 each).

The Healers International Network
We are having series of Healing Days where you can come along and have a
*FREE HEALING TREATMENT*

These days were held in the Craven Court Shopping Centre, High Street, Skipton on Saturdays 23rd September and 14th October, between lOam and 4 pm. There were a group of Healers, all trained by The Healers International Network In Skipton and the North of England present.

A voluntary collection was made on the day the proceeds of which were shared between The Skipton Lights Appeal and Airedale Childrens Hospital Appeal.
