Laura Tudgey of Skipton is planning a fundraising trek in aid of Diabetes UK.

Laura writes:

In October 2007 I plan to trek along sections of the Great Wall of China, along with 3 work colleagues. We will all be trekking for approx 8 miles per day, so as you can imagine, I am now in training to get fit for the challenge ahead!

We are each donating to different charities and I have chosen to donate to Diabetes UK as my older brother has lived with type 1 diabetes since he was 20 years old.
